CatholicCare will be present at and after the 9:30 Mass at St Michael’s parish on Friday 5 June to provide an information session about the new Support at Home aged care program and how it is changing the way older Australians access support. They will cover how to enter the aged care system, what the new Support at Home services mean for you or your loved ones, and the types of supports CatholicCare can provide to help people remain living safely and independently at home.  Stay for a cuppa after Mass and a chat, no need to register for this one, just come along.
